Long-Ears

Quality veterinary care is about much more than just managing your pet’s medical needs. That’s why Ingersoll Animal Hospital also offers full service boarding and professional grooming services. We want you to feel confident that all of your pet care needs will be met with us, whether it’s providing them with a home away from home during your next vacation or business trip, or pampering them to the nines in our grooming area. Our goal is to become your one-stop-shop for everything pet related.

Boarding

Ingersoll Animal Hospital is an ideal solution when you need to board your pet. Our comfortable facility is open to all cats and dogs that meet our general boarding criteria. Our furry visitors are boarded indoors in temperature-controlled areas. Bathing, grooming, and veterinary services can even be scheduled during your pet’s stay! Boarding with a team that already knows your pet will add an increased level of comfort for your dog or cat.

Pet Boarding Packages and Add-on Services

  • Standard – Every dog boarded at Ingersoll Animal Hospital is walked on a leash twice daily in our enclosed pet exercise area by one of our veterinary assistants. We offer packages to suit your boarding preferences and the needs of our patients. We begin with the highest quality boarding available and allow owners to supplement the basic package based on their pet’s unique care needs.
  • Platinum Care – Your pet will receive the best Ingersoll Animal Hospital has to offer! Premium bedding, treats, a daily brush out, additional walks, and a report card about their stay with us. Our Platinum Care pets will also have daily individualized exercise time with our skilled veterinary assistants on our land treadmill. Exercise time is tailored to your pet’s personal needs and abilities.
  • Gold Care – Gold care offers our four-legged friends many additional perks! They can look forward to premium bedding, treats, a daily brush out, additional walks, and report card about their stay with us.
  • Silver Care – Your pet will benefit greatly from the individualized exercise time provided with the Silver Care package. Our specially-trained veterinary assistants will work with your pet to create a specialized treadmill workout plan while in our care.
  • Treat-of-the-Day – Our talented kennel staff has created a delightful Treat-of-the-Day to reward our guests. Kong toys are lovingly laced with peanut butter, low-fat yogurt, or fat-free cream cheese, and then frozen to create a decadent distraction for your furry family member. Kongs are based on availability and can be purchased for each day of your pet’s stay or on a day-by-day basis.

Medical Boarding is available for pets requiring special medical needs. We know that leaving a pet who requires medication can be worrisome, but rest assured that our specially-trained staff will administer needed medication for your pet while he or she is in our care. You deserve the peace of mind of knowing that your loved one will be in excellent hands while you’re away!

Ingersoll Animal Hospital offers full-service bathing and grooming for your dog or cat Monday through Friday.

Grooming

Our experienced groomer offers all-breed dog and cat grooming for your furry friend in need of a trim, including easy-to-care-for cat lion cuts.

Bathing

Treat your pet to a luxurious bath; our special cleansing baths remove dirt, debris and doggie pet odor – your pet will feel fresh and revitalized. If scratching is a problem for your pet, our medicated baths contain soothing agents that stop the itching. Services also include nail trim and routine ear cleaning.

To give your pet a special treat, we now offer two special add-ons to the basic grooming package:

  • The first features a luxurious color-enhancing Pet Silk Shampoo and Conditioner and a liquid Leave-On conditioner, which will leave your pet’s coat feeling silky, soft, clean, shiny, and fresh longer than any other shampoos.
  • The second add-on — especially nice if your pet is a heavy shedder — is the Furminator Undercoat Treatment. It features a four-step process that removes your pet’s dead undercoat and promotes healthy skin and coat.
